Village Reflections

Although this is definitely not one of my favorite paintings that I've created, I can say that I truly enjoyed painting this scene.  I find it so much harder to paint something from imagination.  I usually use a photograph that I have taken or something that I have seen before.  I love using a variety of bright colors and keeping some white in the painting.  Hope you enjoy..

  4. Thank you Maria.. Yes, I had fun with the colors on this one. A few things I would have done different, but it turned out alright. Thank you on the portrait. Feels great to have it done. I'm starting another portrait of my three handsome cousins this week. Its a Christmas gift from my Aunt to my Uncle. Excited about this one too.
